BelVedere contains seven distinct floorplans ranging from urban lofts to three bedroom family units. Even though the complex is gated and protected, elevated front doors face the neighborhood around the entire perimeter. Commercial spaces open onto Broadway Avenue (a main Albuquerque arterial) with additional residential lofts above.
