As the 2006 NAIOP Award of Excellence winner in the Renovation/ Remodel category, the World Headquarters of Century Sign Builders serves as a pioneering infill project for the revitalization of its immediate neighborhood community. Century Sign Builders was faced with a 300% growth in their company and needed a universal, flexible space that will function as office, retail, display, and manufacturing space for the evolving needs of their booming business.

The Design Group collaborated closely with Enterprise Builders, the contractor on the project, to re-use the existing structure of an 11,250 square foot warehouse space. The project made use of simple design in order to display the inherent raw and open qualities of the industrial space, and achieved a final construction cost of approximately $84 per square foot.
