A study for the redevelopment of the second busiest U.S./Mexico Land Port of Entry facility at Hidalgo, Texas for the Department of Homeland Security. The Scope includes site and building assessments, multi-agency asset, space and infrastructure needs, programming, site development, project phasing and budget requirements.

A study for a new replacement facility for the Land Port of Entry in Fabens, Texas. The Scope includes recommendations for current security and facility design criteria. Space planning and logistic proximities related to staff, visitors and facilities were developed with cost estimates.

Design development and construction documents for an expansion of lease space to the ATF facility in Lubbock, Texas, consisting of new and renovated work space. ATF’s uninterrupted occupation of existing facilities will require detailed planning of construction phasing.
The scope includes grading and drainage modifications to existing parking facilities and interior accessibility upgrades.
The design includes improvements to visitor parking, exit control booths, and exterior lighting.
