  • Associated General Contractors Best Buildings of 2008 Award, $10M - $20M Project
  • NAIOP Award of Merit 2007, Civic/Public Project

A cornerstone to a new City Center for the City of Rio Rancho, the new City Hall consolidates several existing facilities into a single new 58,000 square foot state-of-the-art city complex. The facility will share parking, site amenities and infrastructure with a new arena and retail/office development. The project bid in 2007 and, despite a volatile construction market, was delivered on budget.
